Mô tả công việc POSITION SUMMARY: Monitor all activities required to direct and control contract manufacturing quality for the DWC. Work in conjunction with product development and purchasing teams to oversee those contract manufacturers. Understand all DWC and customer quality requirements and ensure those requirements are met. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in the review of contract manufacturers procedures and processes to ensure their plans are supported and maintained throughout the manufacturing process. • Coordinate testing (performance testing, transit testing) with contract manufacturers and 3rd party labs. • Ensure all needed documentation is obtained from all parties in the supply chain. • Ensure all DWC/customer quality requirements and ensure that the contract manufacturer’s documentation for all projects meets contractual requirements. • Maintain all required customer quality software systems. • Maintain all CAPA activities related to testing (performance testing, transit testing) with contract manufacturers and 3rd party labs. • Maintain documentation associated with freight forwarder, (receive and create invoices, packing lists, etc.… associated with customs clearance) • Monitor and report manufacturing progressing, notifying any predicted shortfalls or discrepancies against plan. • Oversee all inspection requirements of the contract manufactures. • Work with all required parties to request and monitor prototype samples, seal samples and other visual aid samples. REQUIREMENTS: • Associates degree in an associated area of expertise with 1 year of direct experience. • Proficiency in English, Vietnamese required with a TOFEL or IELTS certifications (Mandarin is a preference). • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). NetSuite experience is a preference. • Knowledge of compliance software systems. • Knowledge of quality principles and procedures for contract manufacturing organizations. • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics for contract manufacturing organizations.
