Mô tả công việc 1. Manage route planning, dispatch, and delivery of goods to all MT DC/WH/stores, TT dealers, E-commerce (B2B/B2C) 2. Responsible for on-time delivery and high transport cost efficiency 3. Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) & Work Instruction (WI) 4. Manage reverse logistics and tote returns 5. Collaborate with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) providers to improve delivery performance and minimize OSND (over, short and damage) 6. Analyzing data on daily traffic patterns and volumes. 7. Conducting transportation data analytics and cost research. 8. Managing cost and benefit analysis for engineering projects. 9. Prepare monthly division financial as well as operational scorecards. 10. Develop new metrics related to transportation analysis. 11. Conducting financial and variance analysis for month service, expenses, and quality. 12. Providing recommendations based on data analyses and research. 13. Prepare monthly division financial as well as operational scorecards. 14. Construct fleet tracking and performance of3PL/ sub-contractor fleets. 15. Understand financials of transportation and impact on transport profit & loss to make effective current and future operational decisions. 16. Comply with transport regulations & safety guidance/compliance. Notify unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments for solution. 17. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitate the success of business operations. 18.
