Mô tả công việc Monitor and manage Supply Chain Network annually to ensure it meets company goals for growth as assigned by Supply Chain Director. Agree, track and manage DC budgets. Carry out monthly reviews with Logistics team and understand any gaps, ensure plans in place to continuously improve. Keep tracking day to day operations for the Supply Chain is functioning to KPIs set. DC Replenishment: DC has at least 95% stock available of ranged items; except for discontinued items. Ensure Service Level in stores is maintained as a function of an efficient Demand planning team, Purchase team, Warehouse team and Logistics team, maintaining Out of Stock (OOS) as targeted. Be responsible for managing logistics cost and route planning for Regional DCs and cross dock. Ensure the inventory purchasing is optimizing the DSI days as per approved by the management. Manage Stock days within agreed target, demand forecasts are in place and support smooth planning, peak periods are well planned for and unexpected spikes in stock are eliminated. Ensure compliance with the standards of GDP (Goods Distribution Practices) and GSP (Good Storage Practice). Develop the team organizational structure, job descriptions, process and budget to perform the company strategies/ goals; periodical review or whenever necessary. Ensure we are up to date on changes in law and have the right processes in place to ensure we meet these laws. Keep good relationships with suppliers and maintain supplier’s databases in good manner. Develop departmental and individual KPIs, carry out alignment meeting with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement. Cascade supporting KPI’s to team, manage reviews and corrective action to stay on track. Availability targets to stores are agreed and managed to agreed levels through the Supply team, supplier service levels are tracked and feed back to the team. Deliver training to team and share expertise of processes, procedures, ensure understanding. Create simple “ways of working”, implement and make routine. Carry out checks on compliance to industry standards. Build and develop the team capability, clear accountabilities, allocation of tasks for direct report’s and their teams, manage team performance; implement the employee’ competence evaluation process and have professional development activities to fix gaps between the current and expectation. Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment. Develop a strong “Health and Safety” culture within DC’s and ensure a strong set of processes to manage it. Related experiences in a position of Leadership for 5 years. Strong leadership and management skills. All basic Microsoft tools, Excellent in excel and database. Good understanding of systems development needed. Bachelor or advanced Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Science or Engineering preferred. Technical Supply chains skills across forecasting, purchasing, Warehouse development (LEAN understanding is a must, Six Sigma a benefit). Excellent communication skills.
