Mô tả công việc ► Responsibilities : - Responsible for staff scheduling, payroll, and inventory control - Set and execute policies and procedures for sales department - Oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned vehicles - Ensure dealership contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit - Determine sales quota’s for sales personnel in accordance to their skill levels - Oversee sales, trade-ins, and delivery of all new and used vehicles - Establish departmental work schedule, balancing the work load of all employees - Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives - Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department in collaboration with management - Control CRM system, monitoring all processes & activities on CRM - Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees - Forward records of all employee performance reviews, disciplinary actions, job promotions, pay adjustments and letters of recommendation to appropriate personnel for placement in personnel files - Closes sales by negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing. - Weekly, on-going training of staff in rapport building techniques, steps to the sales processes, follow-ups on unsold, sold, and service guests, phone skill training and instruction, enhancing subordinates sales skills Inviting customers for test rides - Recommending sales campaigns and promotions - Selling staff development and training - Provides sales management information by completing reports - Sales performance reporting - Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job - Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; continuously building rapport Product presentations - Responding to customer complains - Perform other related duties as required - Manage employee performance (evaluate and council) and conduct performance reviews monthly - Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed - Participating in sales event organization - Train sales associates on the advantages/benefits of each motorcycle to assist in overcoming customer objections - Track and provide direction on how sales associates should obtain their goals - Set daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals for department and each sales associate - Attend training sessions to keep current with sales department issues. - Participating in test drive organization Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Xe đưa đón Đồng phục Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng ► Requirements : - Prefer knowledge and experience with sales of big motorcycles/ automotive, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them; - Good English; - Knowledge of motorcycle product and dealership operations is mandatory; - Excellent customer service skills; - 3-5 years of experience in retail motorcycle sales as well as demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales objectives; - Excellent communication skills and demonstrated “closing skills”; - Good time management skills with the aptitude of meeting all targets ; - Graduated from university, major in business; - Preferably active member of biker community; - A2 license. ► Notice : - Time and location for test and interview will be announced via email or phone number - Only qualified candidates will be contacted. - Company will check original certifications before interviewing.
